He served as Chairman of the Board of JP Morgan Florida, Vice Chairman of Morgan Trust Company of Delaware, Managing Director and Head of the East Coast Group for JP Morgans private client business. President of Morgan Capital Corp, the venture capital arm of JP Morgan. President of Morgan Data Services, an accounting, systems, operations, administration company, and President of Morgan Portfolio Corp.
During his JP Morgan career, Bruce helped establish ten startup companies in different business lines for JP Morgan. After leaving JP Morgan, Bruce Co-founded Tiedemann Trust company. He served as Vice Chairman and CEO. He also co-founded and served as a Managing Member of Equistar Energy, an LED Lighting and energy saving company. Bruce also serves as a partner in Shield Global Distribution LLC and PBI Global LLC, an investment and international investment consulting firm.
Fernando Urbina is currently the General Manager of Elequipos and has more than 42 years of experience in the field of electricity companies and allied utility services and engineering. Former Regional Manager of several organizations in Chile and other countries. Over the past ten years he has been General Manager of Elequipos SA and has participated in the Development and Appraisal of the need to expand the National Electricity System as entrusted to him by the National Energy Commission. Former World Bank Consultant, Former Director of the following companies during 2000- 2001: Codensa-Colombia, Edelnor-Perú, Río Maipo-Chile, Coelce-Brasil.
Alfredo Ibanez is a senior engineer and technical leader with more than 40 years of experience in the field of industrial process automation, energy management, and public transportation control systems, among others.
Acting both as chief engineer and large-project management leader within private companies in Chile, Perú, Panamá, Mr. Ibanez has successfully met the clients and stakeholders’ objectives and expectations for every project. Each one carries some technology integration, system innovation, and productivity challenge.
Mr. Ibanez qualified as a certified Civil Electrical Engineer at the University of Chile, with a technical branch on Automation Control Systems.
Civil Electrical Engineer from the University of Chile with 7 years of experience in the Chilean electricity market in the areas of regulation, planning of electrical systems and pricing. He served in the CDEC-SIC, current National Electrical Coordinator, operator of the electrical system, and in the National Energy Commission, regulator of the Chilean electricity sector. Subsequently, he has advised various consultants on various topics. In addition, he has participated in the review and editing of two books, one related to electrochemical accumulators and the other on the Chilean electricity market.
